Outside local phone access

I know I should know this but I'm coming up empty. I am programming my new AOL service for Disney and can not remember whether we dial 8 or 9 for an outside local line. Can anyone help?

At all of the WDW Resorts, you will need to dial "9" for local numbers and "8" for long distance. This is also true at HH and VB.
