Also, I'm guessing the issue is that her shirt is see through. Does this Six Flags not have a water park? I'd think there would be plenty of people walking around in just bathing suits.

You're not permitted to wear a bathing suit in the "regular" part of Six Flags, ONLY in the water park section (which is weird given the fact there are three rides in the "regular" section where you could get soaked). At least not the Six Flags here.

The grey shirt she originally was wearing was rather low cut, and sheer. Her little bra (bralette) was a bit too small to cover her nipples. Between the two, she was apparently underdressed.

Do you have a source for this info? I only have the pictures to go by, but that shirt doesn't look particularly low-cut or sheer IMO, and the bit of bright blue material that does show through slightly seems to be covering everything it was intended to cover.

The water park at Six Flags NJ is way across the parking lot from the theme park, not within it like near Chicago or Washington DC. No, you're not supposed to wear swimwear in the theme park, but plenty of men wear trunks or board shorts. And I wouldn't doubt that many women have their swimwear on under shorts and a T-shirt.

I'm skeptical of the story. Six Flags allows plenty of women in wearing booty shorts, halter tops, and the like. There is nothing wrong with that gray shirt, even if she was showing cleavage wearing it.

Six Flags, especially the one in NJ, is an unbelievably skeevy place. I haven't been in a few years, perhaps they are finally trying to clean up the park, but the core demographic coming to that park wont stand for it.

Ours (Six Flags New England) does enforce the "swimwear only in the water park" part. As we were leaving that section the other day, we heard the employees ask the guys behind us to put on their shirts.

In the picture inside the Ferris wheel you can completely see her bra. Not to be sleevy but it looks purple with a blue border and you can see her skin above and around it. On the boyfriend it doesn't look shear at all so maybe it's an issue in certain lights.
