Outdoor movies at the CR?

We stayed at BLT last year and I seem to remember seeing outdoor movies going on in the evening.
Am I correct? We didnt get involved with it then, but may want to in April when we stay at the CR.
Are the movies on the grounds of the CR or BLT's? (Sorry bad memory here). Are they shown every night, and what time?

They are typically shown every night, weather permitting, on the grassy area between the Contemporary and Bay Lake Tower. Time varies based on season.

Sorry, another question re the movies at the CR (yes, I guess you could call me an obsessive plannner ). Just wondering if they provide chairs to sit on while watching the movie.

When checking in ask for a Recreation Activities sheet. When we check into BLT in October they included it in our package. The movies started at 8pm then.

generally a certain number of chairs are provided - never saw then completely full - after a while they may move them out if no one uses them

Hmmm...I just checked the BLT activity schedule and it shows a different time for the movies. Here is the link. Anyone know if they are now showing the movies in two locations? The location listed is the same - near the Sky Way Bridge.

Edited to add: Looks like all of the other resorts are playing movies at 8:00 this month. The 7 PM time for BLT must be a mistake.

Thanks so much jdcthree, thats just what I wanted. An added bonus was when I opened the link I saw a picture of the area set up for the movies and saw the chairs that I was also wondering about.
