Typically Member Services just shuts it down for the rest of the day when this happens.

It's almost 4:0pm EST and I can't even get to the page. Every time I click on the link it tells me that the page is not valid.

You guys that can get on are all using www.dvcmember.com right?

Ok very weird. I went ahead and tried dvcmember.com in Mozilla and that worked. But it wouldn't work in Explorer.

OK, it was down and now it's up and running. So why was it down, I didn't see anything different.

I was able to get on today just after 3:00. I had to use firefox. We were able to book Aulani for March!

Hard to say. DVC Reservations, CRO Reservations and Dining Reservations were all down.

DVC uses the booking software from CRO. When CRO makes changes, DVC goes down. Using CRO software is why the online booking room requests are screwy.

What time do on line resi's start? Does the date change at midnight meaning a date outside the booking window at 11:59pm would be available at 12:00am the next day?

No, the dates roll over at 8:00 am Eastern time, an hour before Member Services opens at 9:00.
