Out of State Annual Passes

Quick question this is the first time we've done IOA/US annual passes (usually just do multiday) we ordered them off the net since we're out of state and got them in the mail the blue paper version I might have missed this in the paperwork but do we have to take those to a kiosk and do anything else with them or is that the actual annual pass and we just go straight to the gate with it?

Another question for anyone that knows, we're staying a couple nights at hard rock hotel and it says there is a 15$ parking fee is that waved if you have an annual pass, cuz I know we got a discount on the room price for having an annual pass. Thanks for the help in advance.

I believe you have to go to guest services to exchange your paper for and actual AP ticket card. Parking is not free at the resorts with and AP, only daily parking in the regular parking garages.

We let out AP's run out last year and we are buying new ones on US website in the next week.

If what you got is a ticket sized (credit card sized) piece of paper, then that is your annual pass. Annual passes aren't plastic but a thicker piece of paper.

This was our first time ordering out of state AP. I ordered ours and chose Flex Pay instead of paying up front. The reason I did that is because they will send you the AP's with no shipping, and paying in full cost money to ship. We got our actual AP in the mail with our names printed on each one.
