Out of Park QS Options

I'm trying to fill our menu plan out for our trip in September. We are taking a full rest day/pool day in the middle of the week. I'm trying to figure out places we can eat in the resorts or at Disney Springs that day that accept the dining plan.

What are your favorite locations for QS when you aren't in the parks?

We're staying at Pop, but don't mind to travel (we will have a car).

At Disney Springs, we enjoy Wolfgang Puck Express, but have also heard good things about Earl of Sandwich and Dluxe Burger. Other places we really have enjoyed at some of the resorts are the Contempo Cafe (Contemporary), The Mara (AKL) and Roaring Fork at Wilderness Lodge.

Landscape of Flavors (just walk across the bridge from Pop to AoA!)
The Mara at AKL
