Day 1 - players
Mom(me) 44
DH 43
DD 15
DS10

On our first day we arrived at CSR in the afternoon and let the kids play in the Dig Site pool. DH insisted we eat at the poolside bar/food area, and after sandwiches for three and a Pina Colada for mom and two refillable mugs, the total was about $50. Rich, but made DH happy.:)

Day 2
We had breakfast at the Pepper Market
DD had the waffle with fruit
DH had the breakfast skillet
DS had cereal/milk
Mom had biscuit & gravy
DD, DS and Mom shared two sides of bacon
Mom thought gravy was a little grainy but DD tried it and loved it and pretty much had it the rest of the week.:)
DH loved the breakfast skillet
total $31.41

Lunch was a Columbia Harbour House
DD had chicken fingers/fries
DH had garde salad
DS had tuna sandwich combo
Mom had 1/2 tuna sandwich and soup combo
Everyone liked their meal and thought it was a great quiet place to eat after the heat outside.
total $32.74

Dinner was 'Ohanas at the Polynesian
Dinner was definitely a hit with most of us, with the exception of DD, who thought it was just okay. DD tried all of the meats, sausage, steak, shrimp, and pork chops. DS tried all but the pork, and Mom and DD tried the shrimp and steak. Mom loved the shrimp/the peanut sauce for dipping.
DD had a chocolate dessert and DH and DS both had a Beach Bomb for their dessert. Mom got to share with DH.:) The shaved ice was actually great after a hot day and great for replenishing liquid intake.
We loved the atmosphere, the view out the window while the castle was changing colors, and the wait staff. We would definitely do this one again in the future.
total was about $114, and we added a 20 percent tip.
A+ for this dinner

Great reviews with detail. Some new places that you might like are BOMA, 50's Prime Time Diner, and Cape May Restaurant for dinners, Crystal Palace, Flame Tree BBQ and Pecos Bill's for lunches, and Kona Cafe for breakfast (get the Tonga Toast!).

We've found the above to have (overall) the best service, food, and atmosphere. Crystal Palace will be a PS with characters. BOMA is far and away the best overall eatery in WDW (pricewise, selectionwise, and service). The chefs and servers will gladly explain any and all dishes, tell you the ingredients, and describe the taste. Although most dishes contained spices, none (in our opinion) were too spicy. Even your DD & DS will find plenty to eat there.

Flame Tree BBQ and Pecos Bill's are the best counter service types (again, in our opinion). Service and freshness are surprisingly good. Needless to say, especially with Pecos Bill's, try to go before or after the peak times.

You can get more expensive meals, but not necessarily better, with the above places. If you've never tried 50's Prime Time Cafe, you've definitely got to experience the atmosphere and interaction with the servers. Clean plates, and clean hands are a must!

Hope you can use the suggestions, and thanks again for your time and effort.

Thanks for the reviews. We have still never eaten at 'Ohanna. One of these trips....

Whopper65, some of those may be ones we try in May. I definitely want to try as many new places as possible, since it may be quite a while before we can go again.
In '97 we tried 1900 Park Fair, Garden Grill breakfast, Coral Reef, and Columbia Harbor House. We only repeated the ABC Commisary and CHH this time. We were going to try Pecos Bills, but the lines were so long, that we ate at CHH later on that day.
But, I do like the idea of Boma, 50s Prime Time ( my son beat me out of that one with Sci-Fi):), Flame Tree sounds good, but we had such a great meal at RFC, we'll probably do it again. And, 'Ohanas sound great for breakfast!
I'm going to have fun planning for next May!
