Seriously though, there are two guys I work with that have been harrassing me. Thank god my boss knows I actually work, because if he took thier word, I would have been out months ago.

Well now they have moved on to name calling and if by chance they end up behind me on the way to work, tailgating me.

I had enough last night and went to HR....basically he said/she said. they know that its an issue, but since they haven't done anything IN FRONT of management(apparently other employees don't count ) they won't fire them. But they will transfer me to another store, or switch me to day work. Why is it I get harrassed and I have to change my life

Anyway, I told my boss last night that I will hit them with a piece of ceramic tile the next time they call me a 'gardening tool'( gotta keep it clean )

This so feels like junior high

They've had me in tears one too many times now . So I am looking elsewhere. Maybe I'll go to Lowe's.

So sorry you have to deal with this. Next time they tailgate you you should tap your brakes the whole time-- they might get the idea. If they hit you all the better-- wouldn't want you to have a back or neck injury though would we!

Maybe you should start carrying a video camera with you so you can tape their behavior. Also I would keep a notebook & start documenting their behavior. Can't your boss get the higher ups to understand what's going on?

Maybe you can file a police report against them, you do have witnesses correct? Its still harrassment. Hope things get better.

I am not sure exactly what is gonna happen. I am hoping to just get the one fired. the other apparently shares a brain, and is too stupid to bother me when his partner isn't around.
