Doesn't everyone have various pictures that they just have no idea where they came from? Or is that just me?

Friday night I had dinner with Nana!

Saturday 10:00am to Sunday 10am was Tink's birthday party. Went to a zoo (saw the bear cubs!) and then the girls stayed overnight. Sunday afternoon LizzY had a marching band competition that we went to!

Today got the girls dresses for a wedding Saturday and then did last minute sightseeing with Fl;at Stanley so I can send him of to Cyn tomorrow. Va-Bear he'll be coming your way very soon!

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh - FLat Stanley!!! I've got BIG plans for him!!! (And no, bears dont eat cardboard! But, I DO wonder if hes ever met a bear ...or goats - we are going to take him to the zoo!

Not on your life. My mama's scary when you cross her . You know VA-Bear and I are long-lost twins, and I think she takes more after my mama than I do. Of course, my kids would tell you I can easily be as much of a bear as my mom if you things up.

Hey twin!!! (Mama always said you needed to work on your TOUGH side!!! But, as long as you can fake the kids out that's all that matters! ) Lets practice our roar now...grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Went to the mall to get Stinkerbelle's hair cut. They have a Cartoon Cuts there. Its a place just for kids, each chair/booth has its own tv that shows different cartoons for the kids. She had her hair cut while watching Barney. After that we basically just left, no time to do anything fun.

Wow thats pretty cool. I wish we had that around here. Hard to get DH to sit still. Actually I buzz the boys hair anymore. Can't justify $15 a cut when I can do it for free. Hey maybe I should start charging.

Wow, he is such a keeper! I've been to VA tons of times & Kings Dominion tons of times, but only to Busch Gardens once on my 20th birthday. Was able to enjoy the Beer tour though, didn't even get carded!

Aren't you lucky. I still get carded for everything and I'll be 31 next month. I love it when they say we card everyone under 30 and they card both me and dh (he is 35) LOL he hates to go out with me when we meet up with all his friends.

Nana is doing much better. We're just overly cautous so make sure one of her DDs has dinner with her each night! It's actually alot of fun!

Tink's birthday isn't actually until the 24th, but this zoo is a local seasonal zoo that shut down today after about 70 years in business. It's family owned and the next generation did not want to take over for the Mom who is ready to retire. It's really sad. nana went when she was a kid, then brought us as kids and now we bring our kids every year. hard to believe that my kids won't be bringing their kids! Anyway Tink wanted to go to the zoo for her party so we had to do it this weekend, before they closed down. It was very bitter-sweet! The girls stayed at my house...but I guess that my house actually does qualify as a zoo!

LizzY's birthday is the 22nd and Tink's is the 24th! I'll have to change the ages on my siggie soon!

Yeah you reminded me to do emmy's sig too. She will be 2 on Saturday. Where does the time go. I swear I just had her.

Well we did make it to the fieldtrip. Man it was cold, wet, and muddy.
Then we got to live through kid he**. 50 preschoolers who are wet, cold, and muddy are taken to a mcdonalds where they eat and then invade the play area. That is kid he**. Brody had a blast though.

Cody had his first 4h meeting tonight. He has decided he is going to take his dog and woodworking. It was rather comical to see him trying to work with the 50 pound Australian Shep. Murphy 1 v Cody 0. CJ had a blast and can't wait to go again next week.

Well it is still pretty cold and wet here. It hasn't snowed yet but it is about 45 min's away right now so we'll see if we get some tonight. Mountains are getting 12 inches plus though. Good start to the skiing season so far several good storms. Of course it will probably be 80 here in a couple of days though. If you don't like the weather here wait 5 minutes.

Well got to go and get my crock pot dinner ready to put in the morning. Microwave bit the dust today so got to fire up the crock pot and make a change of dinner plans.

I thought it would be cold for us, but it ended up being really really hot. Dressed more for the cold, but we did ok. Sorry about the microwave. Hope the weathers not too bad for you all. They were showing some storm that is expected to hit CO on our news this morning. I didn't catch it all, I heard snow & was like WHAT!?!?!?, but then my mom told me it was CO! Sorry, I was very relieved that it wasn't us--not ready for snow!

How cool about the 4H. I'm glad CJ enjoyed it. I guess that means Murphy will be sitting the next one out?!?!

Ok guys I spent most of the day yesterday working on the website for hockey. Check it out and let me know what you think. I still need to add pics but I plan on getting them tonight. THe website is leaguelineup.com/shasharks Just keep in mind its my first website ever.
We did go to Joe's Crab Shack Last night for dinner. Mine wasn't very good. They overcooked the crab legs. Did I mention I love SEAFOOD Dh doesn't have a buddy at work starting Thursday. So all my plans for the weekend just turned to mommy and kid plans.
Thursday is hockey. Big game.
Friday Trick or Treating at the Greenfield Village. (An outdoor museum) plus we have dinner at Burger King for a fund raiser for Nicks school.

Gotta love his work. We are going to McDonalds on a play date for Nick. He is still having a hard time in school and so is another little boy so we are all going to eat lunch and they have a playscape. I'm not big on playscapes but this one is family owned McDonalds and you can smell the cleaner when you walk in the area. It always smell good.

I still get carded too. When I was 23 , I was buying drinks for a dinner party I was having.... the lady wouldn't sell me anything! She told me that I was lucky that she wasn't going to confiscate my ID !!!
Dh hasn't been carded since he was 18!!!!

Be very careful, don't get him too close. Yesterday a sheep ate one of the kids' nametags. Very unhappy child after that!!!

DH cut my DD10s (then 3) hair.... she had LONG blonde hair that went halfway down her back.....well he kept taking a little off to make it 'straight'...needless to say... she had her hair above her shoulders for over a year!!!!! ( I cried for 2 days)

2 years at a bowling alley we had my son's hockey party. Our group was the only people there. I went to buy beer and the guy ran the card through his machine and it said it was fake. I was pi**ed. My aunt is the president of her bowling league has been for years. I told him and he still said I had a fake Id. Now all the parents were in there and telling him he was such a jerk. We ended up walking out. My aunt went in on her bowling night and **tched him out. I have never been back since. Man we are a hockey team he lost out big time when we left. No beer sales that day.
