That's surprising you have that day off. All the school kids here will be going. I'm off cuz its a Federal holiday, but I will be going on a field trip with Stinkerbelle. We're going to a farm, her first field trip ever--how cool! Enjoy your day off.

Guess thats what I get for being such a Tomboy growing up - but I really am over that phase, Tag Fairy (as we speak I am searching on-line for a new sparkly, spangly evening bag to use at my Depts. well brody has his first big boy fieldtrip tomorrow. I get to chaperonne since I'm off. We are so excited. I don't always get to do all the school events that I want to due to my work schedule. I'm glad that I'm able to do some with the little guy cause sometimes he doesn't get to do as much as the fun stuff as the older one. He also gets to go to his first big boy school birthday party this weekend. My baby is growing up.

Brody got a shiner yesterday at soccer as he took a head butt to the eye. He didn't start crying until he got off the field and got to his mommy. He was a tough little soldier. Today it's pretty black but not too swollen. He can't wait to go to hockey on Tuesday night and show it off.

Well I'm off to do some reading and tv watching. It's a little early for me tonight got everybody off to bed a little earlier than usual.

My babies are growing up. Some days it really bumms me out. Today they were playing Playstation together. Something that Cody does regularly but that Brody isn't too into. They were playing some hockey game that you can fight in. They were screaming at the top of their lungs. Brody's got a fight with his brother coaching him how to land punches. This really hit me hard with the first field trip, black eye and all.

just listened to the weather report. We are expecting SNOW tomorrow. It was pretty cold and rainy today but I'm not quite ready for snow yet. I just hope the weather doesn't delay our field trip.

Awwh that is sad! We have Tomorrow off for Thanksgiving (ours is alway the 2nd MONDAY in October where as yours is a Thursday right? )

Our dentist used to hate his weekends cause he was always dreading going back to work on Monday -- know what he did? Decided to NEVER work mondays anymore

Good morning one and all. It is a beautiful cool morning here in New Orleans. The highs today will be in the low to mid 80's with lightly cloudy skies but no rain.

How is everyone today. I am in a very good mood as it is only 12 more days till Dh and I leave for Orlando I am at work and I want to appologize to anyone who is waiting for a TR update. I was too busy over the weekend to be able to get the next installment finished. So I promise to get it done on Wednesday.

I am waiting on your plans to do my vacation in August. I am currently holding 18-25th, but the week after is also OK.

I am searching for that inexpensive airfare but I haven't been able to find it. Can you tell I am impatient.

Funny story about the Pina Colada's. We went to the mall yesterday to get Laci her costume and he says pull into 7-11 I really need something to drink, so the whole car goves him their order, and he comes back with a slurpee, and really big one. So we are in the mall parking lot, and he says I am trying to finish it, and I said well let me help you, what flavor is it. He told me it was pina colada, and I opened my door and fell out of the car laughing.
