Hey Guys. Wow.. I've been packed with things to do, and the sad thing is, in my spare time, I literally sit and starre at my computer screen.. I have nothing else to do, My photoshop has a mind of its own sometimes, I read too much anyways, I cant keep uo with the secret green club..so when i pop in, i dont have the patience to read about whats going on.. and all.. STRESSSSSSSSS!!!!

By the way with diaper talk on here. That brother used to take your mother's cloth diapers out of the diaper pail, when your mom was a baby, and throw them at us when Nana and grandpa weren't home. Could anything be grosser than that?

Wow...since I am sooo much younger they must have been my diapers. I don't remember that. Well, sorry that you had to go through that. It is difficult being the favorite and all!

My DS just left for the school 80s dance. Since we don't have any polo shirts around, he's wearing one of my DH's old Triumph concert t-shirts (World Tour 86-87)...you know, the baseball jersey type with the colored 3/4 sleeves and collar. 501s and gel in his hair with the sides slicked back and the front combed up, RayBans. lol He was so funny to look at as he went out the door. Just like the guys I went to HS with! I hope he has a good time.

I can't believe people are having 80's parties! My class reunion is in 2 weeks, they will be playing 80's music there. Not sure I can go through that again-- I only liked the heavy metal hairband music!

Nah, the first day is the exciting day...... it's everyday there after that's the problem. This sounds terrible, but I love when school is in session cuz I figure why should the kids get to have their days free when I have to suffer. I know, I know, that's so selfish of me, but !

Didn't have the elastic belts but we did have some elastic suspenders that we would snap the back of others on (and get snapped in return )

I look back fondly on the 80's & remember a time long ago when MTV actually played music videos! I remember being glued to the TV watching all the videos. Some people had some really great videos and some really stunk!

I do believe that I was wathching TV and he changed the channel. When I changed it back he poured a beer over my head. I'll never let him know but my hair looked so good after I washed it. That was in those days when they were selling shampoo with beer in it and magazines were recommending beer and mayo and yummy stuff like that be used to condition your hair! I was such a good kid. Obviously nothing was every my fault!

Maybe so, but she missed out on all the fun. I always had older friends so they got to do things before me. I couldn't wear makeup until I was 13. When I was a teen I started smoking, my mom gave me permission because she figured if I had permission I wouldn't do it. Well I remember being some where with my parents--dad didn't know I smoked. She told me I could, well he had a fit! Told me he forbid me to smoke because it was so bad for me, but gave me permission to drink BEER! (ALL RIGHT DAD!!! ) I thought my mom was gonna kill him when he said that! Of course I was allowed to drink, but my dad did let me go fetch him a cold one from the fridge now & then & open it for him!

I rememeber my mom getting mad at dad when I got my license, because my dad would make me go to the local grocery store to get him a pack of cigerettes....I was like eerrr...these are for my dad..really, I mean it......no one believed me.
