I myself want to go with #2 due to the free hot breakfast and fridge/microwave in rooms.
I spoke with both hotels directly and rooms are available. If I could get some sort of a count I can try and get our rooms cheaper!!!!!! Probably not too much cheaper but it can help to keep us in the same area.
Now with families who need an extra bed the best I could do would be to request roll a ways. Prices are above. Suites were not available for any hotel I called and trust me I called a lot of hotels tonight. I did limit our hotel to 2 musts ******indoor pool******* and ******internet****
If needed I could talk to the group planners of each of these hotels to try and do better but before I do that I need requests and counts from everyone who is going or who are considering going. If you are considering going let me know so I can count you in. You can always cancel if need be.
Now to the party planning. This will mostly be done by Va-Bear. I will post on this link whatever she has to say. I do know we will need lots of stuff so ideas are greatly appreciated. I will be making signs for on our hotel doors. We need a shirt for everyone to wear on our actualy party day (November 11)
Ideas are needed for this... Drinks...Food...Dessert...Drinks...Paper supplies...Drinks. We also need to know are we getting together on Friday and doing a Brunch on Sunday? Either pm me the ideas for this or post it on the board. We need everyone's idea so don't think anyone is getting away with doing the happy dance.
