I'll chat with ya, bear....whatcha doin'? I'm getting ready to grill salmon. My DD is addicted to the Food channel, so every night we have to make something "gourmet"

And SBD is right...everyone has to do RESPONSIBLE stuff now that summer is over. Bites, doesn't it?

:sad1:

You must be "working" again...

I see you have an addition to your signature. Are we in danger of losing you? :confused3

I've been at work pretty much since Wednesday!

NEVER!

No I think it might be the back to school thing that is killing us. I know alot of schools start this week both grade schools and colleges. :confused3 Don't worry though during the day it picks up some I have noticed. I had trouble keeping up earlier today. :thumbsup2

You've got me until Monday, when I start *groan* Band Camp. Yes, my band teachers think it is perfectly acceptable to take away the last 2 weeks of our summer vacation, and spend it yelling at us in preperation of competitions we have to give up our Saturdays in the fall for, as well as Sunday nights for extra rehersals. Thank god I turned them down when they wanted me to switch to tuba!
Why am I still doing this you ask? The trip to WDW this spring to play in the MK parade/at Epcot. The things I'll do for WDW!

Good morning follow limey's. My mom called last night and told me she swiped some LGMHPCs for me. I HAVE TURNED HER MUAHAHAHAHA........lol. :rotfl2: :lmao:

No kidding. I once had two guys follow me into the stacks and START PLAYING WITH MY HAIR. How weird is that? And once I had to call the ::cop: ::cop: ::cop: because a little girl was there after school, and a man stuck his head between some books and STARTED LICKING HER HAND! It turned out he was a substitute teacher at the middle school next door, but not after he was caught licking the girl. So creepy! :scared1:
Oh man that is creepy. :scared1: :scared:

Hey S'belle (trying a new ncikname - like it? I love the name Belle...) I keep meaning to ask you what you guys thought of the FW cabins.... I keep thinking about where we'll stay next august....and have it narrowed down to about, oh 20 places! (the list seems to get longer, instead of shorter!!) That cabin idea appeals to me. :)

We  them. The best thing about the cabins its like being in a single home. Also you can park your car right at the cabin. Its great having the complete kitchen. I keep saying I want to try another place too, but I really don't want to give up the cabins. I was thinking of a longer visit & staying a couple days at the Family Suites & then the cabins. I'd like to try Pop too, but we'd have to get 2 rooms. I'm tempted by the moderates & deluxe rooms, but I don't want to pay all that extra for a suite, I'd rather use it on Disney fun not on a room we're hardly in. :sunny: Almost forgot I love the name Belle too!

Smart girl. I like to watch Rachael Ray and sometimes Paula Dean. My favorite show (the same just flew right out of my head)-- It's called something like Uncovered-- where they go behide the scenes to show you how things are made. Also like the dessert challenges when they have to create a dessert with a theme. This past time they had ice sculptures with it, kind of cool, but I like the desserts on their own.

My middle name is BETH since Mom figured giving Jacqueline (10 letters) as a first name I needed a break. As it was most of my early school paintings had my name start bottom of page & loop up around the corner :artist:
Oh and side note:
We wanted to name our kids after NO ONE in our families and pick names that at the time were not overly popular. Also none of those silly things that when you use initials you spell a name. So Benjamin Kyle & Emily Margaret arrive.

About 6 years ago at the dinner table Emily says "sure mom ... auntie Em Auntie Em can we have Uncle Ben's rice for supper?" DUH why did we not see that one coming :rotfl2:

Oh I love your name & your kids' names. :rotfl: at your dd. I can feel for you with the spelling. I always tell this story to my mom in pain( :rotfl: ). I can remember sitting in kindergarten having to sit at my desk with kids like Elizabeth, Christopher & Franklin spelling out our full names while the kids like Mark, Ann, and Lisa were already off playing. :(

We were married November 10,1984. Had ZILCH cash and hubby was in school. He was washing dishes (yup actually washing dishes)to pay for rent. I was a nanny for a great family who once they knew we were in trouble increased my pay and gave us a car to use the whole time I worked for them! We didn't get anything but 2 days after we were married since John had to be back for school on the Tuesday. BUT our actual honeymoon ... February 1986 in the House of the Mouse. I was preggers with 1st child and sick as a dog but we still loved every minute. :cool1:

Yeah we could only do a long weekend because we had both started new jobs that year. That's one of the reasons we picked that day (11/10/90) too was because of Veteran's Day gave us an extra day off. We never ever have taken a honeymoon that I can recall. We've had vacations but never made one a honeymoon. Oh, well I guess in our case the honeymoon's not over yet since we never had one. :rotfl:

Hey DU, what is that patch at the bottom of your signature? Is that for being a thread starter or something? Is that a Girl Scout patch cuz they look like the ones dd1 has.

Even though I spent extra to buy the 10 day non-exp. tickets (and will only use 4 days... with the plans of using the rest on our NEXT trip...) I dont know if we'll ever be able to go back to Disney World - because I'll NEVER be able to pick a place to stay!!!!!!!!!!!!! This time was hard enough - with only changing the final final decision once or twice. But, this is a case of too much information! I love the sound of the cabins, MUST stay at CR for the castel view, NEED to try OKW (like Cyn!), would die over the pool at Beach/Yacht club, think POP sounds like da bomb....well, you get the picture!

Hmmmmmmm.....well, someone wll have to help me! :)
