You have a few options, imho. First, can you slightly change your dates? Maybe there were no suites available 1-12 through 1-19, but maybe 1-13 through 1-20 for example.

Secondly, did you try booking a few different ways? I'd call an AAA agent, maybe an independent agency (MEI Travel, etc) or expedia?

My travel agent hasn't had any trouble getting me the hotel/date I wanted twice for my upcoming POP trip. Good luck

Are you a DVC member using points? If so, you could get on the wait list for a vacancy. If you are paying cash to Disney directly, you may need to make a reservation elsewhere.

Like you I am staying at a hotel, that I hoped I would not have to stay at. However, for the sake of going back to Disney and using my annual passes for my family (before they expire, so we do not have to pay for tickets) I have realized that OKW is where I need to be to utilize these tickets. PLUS, I need a two bedroom villa and they ( I have just learned) are hard to come by if you do not book ASAP.

We just booked two weeks ago for WDW in Sept, so it is a small price to pay to watch my children enjoy the magic of disney!

I am on the wait list for a room at the BWV, plus I do call everyday......YES EVERYDAY! Since I have learned by these boards that I may get lucky by calling.
