Our NYE cruise had limited GF desserts as well. Like you said, one night there was not a single GF dessert! I feel like our last cruise our GF people had more options.

I think the Dream-class ships outperform the classics on gf food. We've sailed the Magic & the Fantasy and had a much better experience on the Fantasy in that regard.
