Our Magical WDW Adventure ~ 23 Days of Fun, Food, Cocktails... London Trip 2/8

Hi Ariel,
I'm enjoying getting caught up on your destinations you want to visit. I would love to visit most of those places too. Kenya and Croatia both look amazing! Too bad I'll probably never be able to afford it for a family of four. I should have traveled more before we had kids. Which is the smart way ;). Of course my kids love to travel though :). i have no idea where number 7 is. I'm going to guess New Zealand though. I did a project on it at travel school and your pictures looks very familiar.

Hiya, how are you?

New Zealand is a good idea, it does kind of look like it from that picture, but its not right. I will post another picture as I didn't realise this one was as tricky, maybe it will help a bit more. I think we are kind of lucky being where we are in a way, as were kind of central to America and the Caribbean and then Asia. Maybe when your kids are a bit older you will have chance to take them to some of the places you want to go, I hope you do :thumbsup2

Clue number 2 for Destination Number Seven...

Type of holiday ~ Vietnamese Adventure

When we were in Thailand we fell in love with the place and vowed to come back again and travel around some more. It was so interesting, there was so much beauty and culture, and so much more to explore. One of Nick's friends who we met up with in Thailand went to Vietnam after and said how amazing it was, how rich the culture was, how beautiful the beaches, how much there was to see and do. So Nick and I did some research and agreed it looked great, just the kind of place that we would love to go on holiday to and travel around. And thats what we plan to do, travel around and experience the cities, the beaches, the countryside, the culture, and of course the yummy food and drink

Wow Vietnam is beautiful, I never knew!

Yes it is very beautiful. Some of the most beautiful places are places people don't generally think of, like Vietnam and Croatia, which people avoid due to the wars. This means the places are less spoilt and traveled by tourists and therefore the country and culture is more real.

Today was the day I had been waiting for for a long time, today was...

Yes thats right, today was our 90 day mark, the day we could finally book our ADR's :donald: :goofy: :mickeyjum :tigger:. Unfortunately since you can only book ADR's for 10 days, and our first reservation is for 13 days we couldn't book them all, but I was glad just to get some done. I will have to phone up again in about 10 days to book the last few days of our POFQ reservation and then again for our Poly reservation, but I don't mind, it all adds to the excitement :spin:. We managed to get all the reservations we wanted on the time we wanted, or 5 to 10 minutes out which is no problem. Here are the ones we have booked so far ~

Cape May Cafe ~ Dinner
Trails End ~ Dinner
Sci Fi Cafe ~ Lunch
Whispering Canyon ~ Dinner
Yachtsman Steakhouse ~ Dinner
Chef Mickey's ~ Breakfast
Artist's Point ~ Dinner
Le Cellier ~ Dinner

I'm off the computer for a couple of days and I miss Atlantis AND Vietnam. Holy cow - Vietnam is beautiful! Thank you for showing me the beauty of so many places! Care to extend this to yours and Nick's top 30 places to visit?

:ccat: :donald: 90 day!!!!!! :stitch: :simba: What day are you visiting Whispering Canyon for dinner? We will be there May 3.

He he, we haven't really though much past 10 else I would be freaking out that we would never have time to do it all. We have got a few other places we like, but ones that either only one of us really liked or ones that we weren't desperate to visit. We have a Top 10 list of places we want to visit in America too as there are so many places there too.

We've booked Whispering Canyon for the 28th April. On the 3rd we will be at Discovery Cove enjoying a magical and tropical day :cloud9:

First, I just want to say that I have really enjoyed reading about all the places you have been. You are so lucky to have seen so many places. Secondly, YAY FOR BOOKING ADR's!!! I cannot wait to hit my 90 day mark (it makes me so sad that they changed the booking guidelines:sad: ). We are planning on eating at several of the places you have booked so far, I can't wait to read all about them in you trip report!!

Anxiously awaiting the next update....

He he the places I have showed on the last few pages are the places that we want to go, our Top 10 Destinations to visit. I wish we had been to them all . We have been to some pretty nice places but not quite that many yet.

Changing to 90 days does really suck. Luckily we got all our ADR's but last year when we booked them we got all the ones we wanted on the exact time we wanted as I guess a lot of people hadn't planned that far in advance or even booked. Changing the date obviously helps those people, but for a planning freak like me its not good :scared:. I hope you manage to get all yours too, I am sure you will.

Where will we be going tomorrow for Destination Number Eight... I will give you a little clue

I think this one may be a bit easier but I will post another clue later. I am pretty sure when I post the next one thought someone will get it.
Check back later to see ;)

Oops, now I feel silly. I guess I overlooked the part where you said it was your dream list :rotfl: Well, in that case I agree with many of your choices ha ha!

I know what you mean about being a planning freak...I am the same way!

I'm holding off my guess until I see the next picture, but I think I have an idea! If it's where I think it is - it's on my list too!

Yayyyyy for your ADRs! We're doing Sci-Fi too (you know that already lol) and can't wait! That picture of your new desitination is so pretty but I have no clue where it is, as usual
