Were you there for a special occasion or was this just exceptional service. I just planned a surprise first trip home in August and can not wait to go to the BCV after reading your msg. I was getting worried reading about ants, dirty rooms, clothes in the beds and rude CM. I thought about cancelling the buy.
My family thinks we are going Oct 2004 for the first time. Won't they be surprised. It will be my DD 9th b-day AND our 12th Anniversay August 30th so we get to celebrate there.
