Marie and I are booked Tuesday to Sunday...a day
To catch up with any jet lag! :cool1:

I do that a lot when I go to WDW! :thumbsup2 I'm booked Wednesday to Monday but maybe I could add on another night at the beginning ..... we all know how I like to add on days!!! :rotfl2:

Koh, I would choose "A" :)

Note: If you are not staying at the GF you have to park in a lot far removed from the entrance. :goodvibes Found out this out the hard way..

And yes, I believe it is a 3 hr window for having a car at a resort (when not a guest there). If you want to go to a park afterward, perhaps park at the TTC and take the monorail to the GF. :goodvibes

I think I would go with A as well. ;-) yes, we have the car if need be, but I'd rather use Disney transportation unless it's super busy and we're waiting a long time...

How are the hotel rates? I thought I saw somewhere that you have group rates or something?

This might pacify me if we don't do Disney next year as a family...? :-)

Wookie, definitely follow up (and it stinks that you do not have insurance. :sad2:)

Yes, it does. If we can find someone who is willing to insure the DH (due to his height/ weight ratio) it's a crazy amount per month. I'm right on the cusp of having the same issue. Even without the DH on it, since the DH is self-employed, insurance is a lot. Luckily, I found a doctor that works with people without insurance. His doctor visits are only $35, EKG's are $10, and blood work $50.

Sorry but we aren't allowed to talk about any money/costs on the Dis .... all discussions of financial matters are done on our FB group page. If you'd like to pm me I'll be happy to talk to you about the trip. I would love to see as many of the RC ladies as possible go!!! :thumbsup2

Well, my baseball jersey I ordered nearly 2 months ago showed up today. It'll be my costume for MNSSHP come October. The entire thing is hand made, the hand chain stitching on the embroidery is amazing.

Just need to get a pair of Ivory/Creme baseball pants, and I'll be set.

Random question...

To get to the GF from AKL, would you:
A) bus to MK then monorail to GF
B) bus to Epcot then monorail to TTC and on to GF
C) drive to GF (but would you have to move your car later if you went to a park?)

We have dinner at 1900 Park Fare on our arrival night (may be a moot point if we are already at MK before this), and planning on the pirate cruise one morning for DS at GF (figured it'd be easier/better than POR or CBR so we could shop or something while he's doing that?). Thoughts?

If you drive to GF. You can use the valet parking, and then there is no time limit if you want to go to the park.

Morning...

Yesterday Sarah crawled into bed at about 6:15pm (after we got home from a play date) and was sound asleep. I woke her twice to eat dinner and she refused. She slept through the night and I checked her this morning and no fever but she is still exhausted. I know I am going to regret this latter when I am trying to do school work with Steven but I am letting her stay home. There are sooo many germs at school and if she is fighting something I would rather keep her away from all the germs.

Oh and thanks for all the feedback on my Feb trip....going to leave it for Feb now and wait and see if they change the rate seasons next year, which I doubt. The marathon is the same weekend next year so value season usually starts up again after that for about a month.

I am sure I will be on latter catching up.....hope everyone has a great day!!

HUGS,
Melissa

Good morning everyone! I went to the dentist last night. He said that its a blood clot in my gum, and that I shouldn't be poking around in there with a tweezers. :rotfl:

Dani No poking with the tweezers! :rotfl2:

Was up early so I pulled up the ADR site and I have decided 'Ohana on our first night is more important to me than BOG anytime during the week since we ate there already, I was able to pull up 5:05 & 7:50 so have fingers crossed I will be able to snag one on 5/7 my 180 day.

Hope everyone has a great day!
