Can someone help? what do we do if we are booked and paid at a resort that will not be open? I can't spend all day on the phone trying to get a call through. Will they just relocate us?

Things are changing daily, but I think as of right now you will have to call. You have until 7 days out to get your hotel changed. Maybe phone lines will die down a bit by next week. In the “Resort Change by Disney” thread people have posted which phone numbers have had the most success and shortest wait.
