Hey Everyone! So now that we have our honeymoon plans finalized, I thought I would start a PTR! FI and I will be getting married back home on 10/22/11. Of course, we will be having a Disney themed wedding! We got engaged at Disney on November 15, 2009 outside Cinderella’s Castle during the MVMCP. We’ve been together since June 2005 and met at a local grocery store while working summer jobs during college. We are frequent visitors of Disney (as you can see) and I wouldn’t have it any other way. We’ve also been on the Disney Wonder and the Dream twice, and according to FI, those were his favorite vacations ever. He would have much rather done a DCL honeymoon, but since it’s hurricane season, and knowing our luck, we didn’t want to chance it.
So now, a little bit about us!
Me (25)- I graduated from college in 2008 with a BS in accounting and currently work as a financial analyst. ( I promise I’m not boring
) I’ve loved all things Disney ever since I could remember, and grew up watching all of the Disney classics. My favorite movies growing up were Beauty and the Beast and The Little Mermaid. I would have to say Epcot is probably my favorite park, along with MK, of course! Where else can you eat and drink around the world in the same day, and there’s no better feeling than walking down Main Street USA!
FI (25)
- FI graduated college with a communications degree in 2008 and recently graduated with an MBA! He works as a business analyst. While he’s not as much of a Disney enthusiast as me, I’m working on making him one. He prefers the cruises to the parks, but who doesn’t love being in a tropical paradise, with a Disney twist! FI loves Epcot and claims that to be his favorite park, other than Typhoon Lagoon.

Each time we go to Disney we always try to do something different and eat in new restaurants. For our HM, our new restaurants will be LeCellier (finally!!), Cinderella’s Royal Table, and the Garden Grill. We’ve already booked all of our ADR’s and got all of the days/times we wanted.
We will also be checking out Blizzard Beach, which we’ve never been before. We’ve also never been to Epcot during the Food & Wine Festival, and are really looking forward to that.

So what do you think??? We want to add a dinner to Friday night since MK closes at 7pm for MNSSHP. We were thinking of either the California Grill or Narcossee’s, but are open to other suggestions? Are they worth the money or the 2 DP credits? Also, we’ve tentatively booked Chef Mickey’s for dinner on Thursday. We haven’t been there in a few years and have heard a lot of negative reviews about CM’s lately. Should we book Tony’s or Liberty Tree Tavern instead?
