Our Bigger Better Vacation From Missouri

lol......I just tried to "LIKE" your last post!!! :lmao:

Cute Shirts!! :goodvibes

hahaha I always want to try to like things on here....thanks like I said I did ALOT better on the kids than I did on ours lol but I think they will be just fine.

A few fun things came In and happened yesterday that I was really excited about....First I got two more shirts done

This one if one for my son its kind of hard to see in the pic my battery was to low for flash :) but its Hulk...I cut each letter out by hand to lay them out like that--not fun at all

And this is my DD she wanted it on a pink shirt but I vetoed that and put it on the white one

AND--What I was most excited about....we got a package from the Disney Store!!! I decided this year my kiddos "Easter Baskets" would be all stuff for our trip and instead of baskets it is going to be shovels and buckets to take to the beach....sooo from Disney came their Autograph books which the red one looks really awesome and I can't wait to take the plastic off of them and Cars and Ariel flip flops

AND...Personalized beach towels and it actually has their names sewn in not just some sort of stick on thing (can't wait to take those out of the plastic too) and I forget what exactly the Jake and Doc things are called but you got a discount and it was so much more than I expected!! I got it for the drive for them to have something to do it opens up and it has markers crayons and book stickers and all kinds of other stuff in it!! It is AWESOME!!!!

I have also made out calendars with our dinners and lunches made out and which parks what day etc etc. these aren't set in stone just wanted to have them down so I could remember where we want to make sure and go to

Those shirts are so cute :goodvibes
Love all the Disney Store goodies also. I went and ordered my Disney tickets a while ago :hyper: You guys are making me want to plan more and more, thank you (I think) ha ha! :rotfl:

I looked into the prepaid Character meal vouchers, I cannot join ebates as it's for US & Canadian residents only and a couple of sites I found (viator was 1) clearly states for US residents only but Orbitz and Eres (sp) doesn't mention it so hopefully when we know what we want to do I may try order these.

Thanks again for the info, it would be great to have some meals pre-paid before we go. :)

Thanks!! All the extra planning and preparing helps me stay excited.....I am even planning on when I get all the T shirts done starting to pack some stuff like that and stuff that is just for our trip in suitcases......four months early :rotfl2:

Great idea on the Easter Baskets!! Might have to put some thought into that & do the same sort of thing!! I think the shirts came out cute!

Love the Easter Basket Ideas and love the T-Shirts.... I really miss shopping at the Disney Store. DD says she is to old. Now she is into Sephora, Patagonia and on and on.....:crazy2: Shopping for DD has gotten expensive.. She loves online shopping - I have got to :badpc: so she can't shop anymore.

:lmao: I am SO glad I am not there yet

Following along! :cheer2:

I love the Ariel shirt you made for your daughter, especially the Minnie bow! And the fact that it matches her shoes is too cute lol

Fantastic PTR! I am very excited for you, and your kids are adorable, btw!

I love your homemade tshirts and all the goodies and the Easter basket ideas, even if our kids are grown up, (21 & 18) I normally always make them Easter baskets, and if we have a Disney trip planned, I typically put Disney items in them including gift cards!

Sadly, this year we won't be together for Easter since we moved (husband and I) to finish off his retirement years where we are making more $$ to go towards that part of our life (7 1/2 years) and right now our kids are living in our house where we lived before.

I'm kind of sad about now being together for Easter, but now I'm thinking of pre-ordering some Disney store items and getting some gift cards, including In-and-Out burger ones since everyone loves them, and making up baskets and sending them to them!! We are going to Disney in November, and I can't wait!!

I'm anxious to hear more, keep the PTR coming!! :cheer2: :thumbsup2 pixiedust:

YAAY!! Thanks for following along!! I love having new ppl following me, I was afraid no one would read it at all :confused3

My DD is completely OBSESSED with Ariel right now, she always ask me how come Ariel isn't in with some of the other princess stuff she has, I am working on a few more shirts this weekend and I will be done with that part :cool1:

Thanks for reading!!! I am really excited about the Easter Baskets and can't wait for easter to get here...I left their beach buckets in the trunk of the car to hide them and last night DD seen them in there :guilty: so then she started telling me there she knows there is no easter bunny so i had to pull out the what about Rise of the Gauradians your saying that the Easter bunny isn't real i think that convinced her :thumbsup2

Its no fun you don't get to be with your kiddos on Easter but sacrafices are necessary some times!! At least you get to go to Disney in November!!

Well it is Monday, and I would like to show you all what Southeast MO got to deal with the first day in March....

Im sure you all are saying whats the big deal that is just a little snow.....ACTUALLY it is all SLEET!! This was taken probably about 4 yesterday afternoon and it was still going strong and then this morning we woke up to this

Kinda blurry but it was still snowing pretty good there is about 4 inches of snow on top of the probably at least 2 inches of sleet :scared1:

But the bad weather gave me time to finish our shirts!! (except for one that I am still waiting on my pattern from Etsy) I even found another family shirt for us

This one is the second family shirt

These are the rest of my sons shirts....I could have done a little better with getting the right colored shirts to go with the patterns

this one is to wear the day we do Jedi Training Academy hopefully to help him get picked

And these are Briley's

I love this one the best ( I think it has something to do with the sparkles)

And her shirt for Jedi, all though she is not real keen on being picked

I actually got a little carried away and the kids will have enough for all 5 Disney days plus one :rotfl:

What an adorable family. I'm happy to hear you enjoyed Disneyland...here's hoping this next trip is even better! Love the clothes you got for your kids.:)

Omg, adopt me and make me cute shirts! :rotfl:

Is Briley's sparkle shirt rough to the touch? Like did you use a sparkley transfer? It's so cute, I might hafta steal the idea!

Following along! Wow, you're so lucky you got the 20% off deal from Orbitz/ebates. I jumped the gun and bought at 10% off a few weeks earlier, but still, I can't complain much as 10% off is still better than nothing!

Your t-shirts are amazing! I'm so NOT crafty but if it's truly easy, maybe I'll make some for my kids!
