Our Active April: W.I.S.H. Exercise Challenge

I had to work out at home today so I tried 30 Day Shred on YouTube. 27 minutes plus 40 more for yoga from yesterday & today, so an additional 67 minutes.
Total=232/900

Happy that the NJ weather is finally showing signs of spring. :yay: I can finally get some outdoor exercise instead of using the elliptical (Gazelle) in my garage. So, my totals for this week; 90 mins. on the elliptical, and 30 mins. outdoors walking. Plan is get the walking done more frequently so long as the weather cooperates. 120/1000
