Our Active April: W.I.S.H. Exercise Challenge

Fri 4/5 - 50 min elliptical
Sat 4/6 - 30 min PT & strength training
Sun 4/7 - not sure if I should count anything here. I took DD to open swim, so I was in the pool with her for almost 2 hours, but not exactly swimming. More like, catching her, playing around, supervising. More calories burned than sitting on the couch, to be sure, but not really a workout. I won't add anything to my total for now.

4/7 - 60 min run and a personal best time for 5miles! :) So so happy to be back out on my local school track!

140 minutes on the treadmill for me today (9 miles). I did C25K week 5 day 1 and week 2. Then, I did one more mile so that I could finish the episode of NCIS that was on the tv :)

105 minutes for me today. 45 minutes walking and 60 minutes aquafit.

SO happy to be running consistently again after wisdom teeth extractions!! :banana:

4/9 - 30 minutes elliptical (at 5AM!:scared1:)
