Has anybody ordered from the Otterbox website? I want to get my kids the defender for their new ipod touch for Christmas, but didn't know how long they took to ship if I ordered from them. They want certain colors and amazon is out of 1 color that one of my girls want.

Amazon has an otterbox knock off. The brand name/seller is "body armor". I have the pink one for my iPhone. I love it and paid $7 Inc shipping.

I drop my phone all the time and it's protected in that case.

If your a costco member they have them on their website (at least the Canadian one does) for cheaper than I have seen anywhere else.

I ordered one from the Otterbox website a few months ago and it shipped quickly. As a matter of fact, when my son was putting it back on after he had removed it for some reason, the rubber part tore in a small area of it and I called them and they said that they would replace that part free. They actually sent me another brand new one. Since I had such good customer service from them I would not think twice about using them again.

Best Buy has them in all colors and even patterns. I don't have an iPhone, I have an Android and I use on of the Defender brand cases and love it.

OP, check Amazon for good Otterbox deals. I just ordered an Otterbox Commuter case for $17.99 that would've cost me $25.46 on their site.

Thank you everyone for the replies. Unfortunately one of my girls want the pink and the other wants the purple. Amazon is out of the pink and I don't want to take any chance of ordering it and not get it in for Christmas. Best buy website is out of stock on both pink and purple as of last night and haven't checked today. Walmart website only shows the black. I will be in town today and I will look to see what they have in stock.

Ditto just tore a bit of my silicon cover. They are sending me several new ones. They have a 1 year warrranty. I told her I didn't have a receipt but she said that was fine. Plus it is an american company which is nice these days

Well I went to the otterbox website to order and now they are out of all colors. Now that I have gotten my girls ipods for Christmas I hope I can find otterbox's for them. Does anyone that has ordered from them know how quickly they restock?

I just went back to Otterbox website and they have a 15% special going on right now. However, they are out of all colors in the Defender series for ipod touch 4g and the website says today only. When I was on the website earlier the special was not listed on there. I really want to order especially with the special but I don't want to take a chance of ordering them either and not have them in before Christmas. OH WHAT TO DO

FINALLY, was able to order the pink and purple otterbox defender for my girls ipods today from Amazon. I really wanted to order from otterbox website hearing all the wonderful stories how they will replace them if they tear (or will they replace regardless of where you get them?) As of today though otterbox website still listed as unavailable. Amazon finally had these 2 colors in stock so I went ahead and ordered.
