Others Using Days on MMW Tickets?

My DW and I have purchased seven day Plus Package tickets for our upcoming trip. We really only needed four days in the parks but I bought the seven day tickets because the difference in price was only about $30. My In-laws want to visit us one day, can we get them into the parks by using one of our days on the tickets? Or will they be forced to get their own?

Sharing tickets is not allowed. Your in laws must have their own tickets, and all of the admissions on a given ticket may only be used by the same person.

You wouldn't be able to do that unless you weren't going to the park that day. Your ticket will be activated for the day when you enter the turnstile. You can't give the ticket to anyone in hopes that they can use it beacuse the computer already reads it as being used for the day. It won't just "skip" to the next day and take an additional day off. It will show already used for the day. Finger scans will also show that you are the only one that is to use the tickets. Disney has become quite good at making sure tickets are only used by the person that originally uses them-not transfered or re-sold.
