Other rental options besides WH?

We're looking for someplace for our Oct trip. We stayed in WH last time in a 3bd condo and really enjoyed it but would like something with a pool this time. I'm not crazy about the townhomes with one of the bedrooms on the first floor.

What other communites like WH are in the same area? Are they all priced about the same or is WH higher?

WH is higher for pool homes. Other subdivisions in the same area are Windsor Palms and Emerald Island both of which have manned gates. Formosa Gardens Estates, Acadia Estates and Sunset Lakes have coded gates. Indian Creek, Oak Island, Rolling Hills, Indian Ridge/Oaks have no gates. There's also Encantada which has 4 bedroom townhouses with pools bigger than a spash pool.
Only WP, Em Is, and WH have the condos/townhouses the rest have pool homes.

We stayed in Windsor Palms two years ago and loved it. I think the prices there are slightly less than WH.

We've been looking for more budget-friendly options, and would prefer a big pool rather than the little splash pools. I have found good rates at Indian Creek, Indian Ridge, Sunset Lakes, Encantada (4 bedrooms), and Emerald Island. We're most likely going to go with the Emerald Island home this time.
