OTC teeth whitening

What does anyone recommend?

My daughter's orthodontist told us to get Crest premium whitestrips. She just started using them and so far they seem to be working.
You do need to start using them after you have your teeth cleaned because it won't whiten tarter build-up. (TMI, I know)

I've used the Crest White Strips also. They worked really well for me. I first used them @ 5 years ago, before they had the premium ones. I used them for 7 days and had significant results. They did make me teeth VERY sensitive though, so you might want to also invest in some toothpaste for sensitive teeth to use for a few weeks. I used the premium ones last year, and they worked too, but not really any better than the other ones. It was maybe a day or 2 faster.

I have to agree with the previous post's , as a dental asst. I get this question all the time, try the Crest's whitening strips. It may take you longer to achieve your desired teeth shade but it's a cheaper alternative then whitening from your dentist.

I agree with the Crest strips. I have used the regular, premium and a generic Target brand and the regular Crest ones worked equally as good as the premium but they did not make my teeth sensitive. The Target ones did NOTHING.

phors, it will be a week tomorrow. She's 13 and has had no problem of any kind with them.

Another vote for Crest Whitestrips. I use them about once/year and they really whiten my teeth.

I just got done doing the Crest Whitestrips Premium. They work really well. I heard the Supreme is even better but I couldn't find them anywhere. Anyway, they whitened my teeth a couple shades in under 7 days and I'm happy with that!

Get some sensodyne and start using that even before you start. More than likely you'll have some sensitivity and it's very annoying.
