OT: Vacation Rentals in the Florida Keys

I would like my extended family to come to Florida for Christmas next year. They all live in NC & have other family there, so it probably wouldn't be until the 26th. I was thinking it would be nice, if we could all rent vacation homes or condos in the Keys. We live in Tampa, & would rather go somewhere a little warmer. However, we would consider another beach location in South Florida, if the cost in the Keys is prohibitive. We would need 10 to 12 bedrooms. Any suggestions? BTW, we've never rented a vacation home & are clueless. Thanks
