Dh has a $200 voucher from Southwest for going and retrieving his delayed luggage from Buffalo airport, instead of them delivering it to our home.
He just returned from a trip and will be sending this voucher to SW for reimbursement for his flights and I was wondering what I should send along with it, from anyone who as experience with this.
I have the email confirmation from booking the flight, a couple of baggage receipt tags to show he actually went on the flight (if that's necessary) and the voucher.
Is it necessary to send the credit card info or do they have that on file, to send the credit to. The agent at the airport had circled an address on the voucher.
Other information from anyone who has sent in a voucher to SW would be greatly appreciated!
