OT: Stupid question, but can anyone get my link to work?

I'm usually pretty computer and HTML literate, but for the life of me, I can't get my link to my trip report to work! (See my siggie area below.) It's the correct link, but I must be doing something wrong with the HTML. Anyone know what? I'm about to give up on it!

You just have to get rid of the stuff before the http and the stuff after the #'s at the end. Like this:
