OT: Stamps.com ? UPDATE!

I signed up for stamps.com on SR. I am need to cancel it. Has anyone does this and how did you do it? I have looked all over their site and don't see anything about canceling. TIA



I just called and cancelled my account. Had no problems. I was still in the trial phase so it didn't cost me anything. He asked why I was cancelling and I told him I just lost my job and couldn't afford it. Which is mostly true. (I did lose my job because I am going back to school and had to quit! )
Anyways, now I will just watch to make sure my card isn't charged!

Is there a number on the site? Do you receive emails from them?

I used them many years ago, and no longer needed them. Getting it canceled was a pain. Two months they billed me before I had to get tough with them.

I did get my 2 months payments back, and quickly.

I can't remember exactly where I found the info to cancel, it was that long ago.

I just received my information packet from them yesterday.

Same phone number that Trixie liated above.

The hours stated are Monday-Friday 7am - 4pm (Pacific)

Duh.........should have looked at it before I posted.

It says to call and has the hours Trixie listed.

I signed up for this to get the credit and then cancelled a few days later. I did have to call but it was very simple. I had not used any of the postage. They did ask why I was cancelling and I just said that I do not typically go through enough postage per month to make it workable.
