OT Spray-n-Wash or Oxyclean

My DS9 plays football and each year, when they hand out those uniforms, my palms begin to sweat. The pants? Yeah, they're white bleach you say? Oh no, because they have a black stripe down the side. So in years past I've gone in heavy with the SpraynWash, hot water and Tide. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give it about an 8.5 to 9. They really come out fairly clean but boy do I spend a ton of time and money on the SpraynWash thing.

But, I've been wondering about just adding the Oxyclean to the wash. Any opinions? I just don't want to waste my money on something that may not work.

I love Oxy Clean! But for really hard stains, you have to soak in Oxy Clean first and then wash. I get really hot water in a bucket and pour in my Oxy Clean and stir around. Then I soak the clothes in this hot water (usually overnight). Then the next morning, I throw it in the wash with a little more Oxy Clean. We live in Georgia and have the lovely red dirt and this works great getting the red dirt stains out of anything.

Does anyone notice colors fading with Oxyclean?
