Ot==snow day tomorrow!!!

We got our snow day in Buffalo today too! Woo hoo!!! Everything is closed!

I was sick as a dog yesterday and did nothing. I still feel yucky today but I'm determined to wrap some Christmas presents, and make these with my kids:

Pioneer Woman's Cinnamon Rolls. I have all of the ingredients to make them and we've been dying to try them. Baking is our snow day tradition. YUM!

Wow, in MI I wouldnt call this a blizzard. 2nd day of no school but NOT a blizzard here. Its not nice but more of a winter storm....

Yeah, not exactly what they expected, huh? It's pretty cold though and I'm on the lake so we're getting dumped on. But guess what? No snow day! We still have class.

Well we got jipped! I live right by Lake Michigan and we didn't get any snow at all! Other parts of the city got up to a foot of snow and Madison got almost 2 feet. I love snow! Last year on my b day there was a huge snow storm here but the forcast looks clear. It did dip down to below zero today so I kept the kids home and am making cookies!

I'm about 45min to a hour north o Milwaukee and we got about 14in, no school yesterday and only a 2 hour delay today..Was considering keeping DD home today but I just bundled her up and sent her on the bus, hopefully they keep the kids inside today for recess..My step dad works in Germantown and his work was even closed yesterday..goes to show the difference only a few miles makes
