OT: Peanut butter pie recipe?

I know this is off topic, but I'd like to make a peanut butter pie for a holiday party this weekend. There are so many to choose from online, with all different ingredients/consistencies but I'm hoping someone in this forum has made one you can recommend. If so, can you post it? Thank you!
ps- I'm traveling with it, so I can keep it chilled, but not frozen.

here's mine...i can vouch for it's yumminess!

PB Pie
12 oz cool whip
8 oz light cream cheese
1 cup splenda
1/2 cup chunky pb

mix well and pour into graham cracker pie crust and keep in fridge until ready to serve.

We LOVE this one. It is Dolly Parton's PB Pie. It makes two pies.

1 ½ cup confectioner’s sugar
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
2 graham cracker crusts
1 large container Cool Whip
8 ounces cream cheese

Beat sugar, peanut butter and cream cheese in medium bowl. Stir in Cool Whip. Pour into crusts & you’re ready to serve. These pies can be frozen.

** I make with chocolate graham cracker crust. Filling recipe above came just short of filling two pie shells, so to fill in extra space I cover top with cool whip and sprinkled peanut butter cookie crumbs over it and drizzled chocolate sauce – yummy! If you choose, make with a regular graham crust, but just be aware you will only be able to fill ONE pie right to the top. The second pie wil be slightly flatter. Best bet is to double the recipe and plan on 2-3 pies.

graham cracker crust, pour hot fudge on crust. Mix pb and cool whip with vanilla pudding mix. Fill crust. Drizzle with hot fudge!
