Morning, I was awake early too today which makes a change as most of my days off I have got up late.

im sitting here wrapped up to the hilt
woke up this am with sore throat , headache, aches and the list goes on and on

so i have the heating on , am in my winter coat , with the hood up and a blanket lol

not a pretty site lol

At last you will have the shivers and aches out of the way before the weekend. It is my worst fear that I will catch something for the trip. I remember being at DLP once with the worst cold and it was miserable. I was tucked up in bed each night by 8 o clock. Do not want that again. Keep taking the Beechams Powders.

Is anyone else dressing up for Halloween this year....?? I got my costume yesterday!

Its my first 'real' Halloween costume...! When I was a kid I used to have to wear a bin bag and an 8p mask from poundstretcher!

Same as you, many years i was decked put in a bin liner with my hair back combed and a cheap plastic mask.

Ive been Amy Winehouse (2007) and a pirate wench (2006)
Im thinking medusa this year, my SIL is throwing a kiddies halloween party but says we all must dress up! saw nice halloween dresses in Tesco for £15 so im just going to buy some snakes for my hair, green face paint and a new back comb brush!

great costume bob. my sis is throwing a fancy dress halloween party for her 18th on halloween night. i didnt bother getting a costume. i too remember the black bag costumes with the masks. i think everyone wore them, it was totally different to now. ones year me and my best friend thought we could go as conjoined twins and tried to make our own costume out of an old bedsheet. it didnt really work though as we just looked like a two headed ghost and she was over a head taller than me ROFL. those were the days lol

Isabelle wants a halloween party for her birthday next week complete with a pumpkin cake! (Decorated like a pumpkin that is - not made of pumpkin)
I just hope she doesn't want Mummy to dress up!

LOL i threw a halloween party for Kyra's 2nd Birthday, i went all out with the decorations and the kiddies had no idea what halloween was

She was so excited to see the Halloween decorations that were out in DLRP when we were there!! She loves watching the Mickey Mouse Halloween DVD (and Little Einsteins one too) I even have to show her the DLRP Halloween site so she can see all the villains! She wants to go back for Halloween next time - I want to go & see the Christmas decorations but I think she'll probably get her way!!

She is a little pumpkin!
