OT - Need white elephant gift ideas!

We have our neighborhood Christmas party coming up and each year we exchange white elephant gifts. I have a hard time coming up with a gift every year and have run out of good ideas. I tend to like the funny, gag type gifts but any ideas are welcomed.

Go to someplace like spencers gifts, they almost always have something funny like themed toliet paper or really ugly pillows.

Chia Pet
Something tacky -like a kids toy from the dollar store -then tuck a little gift cert (ice cream, starbucks) inside. It is a nice treat for the person that gets stuck with the crummy gift!

We got a plunger once with garland and bows etc..... It was a fancy one to use for the holidays.

Believe it or not, I got a medium sized decorative lamp about 10 years ago at one of these. I really like it and I've used it ever since!

The funniest white elephant gift I've seen are polish earmuffs.
It circulates the family white elephant every couple years.

If I put a gag gift in, I sometimes put a nice food treat in too!
Cause you never know when a sweet older aunt gets stuck w/ the goofy gift.

I bought a musical monkey that velcros around your neck at a dollar store. I put some bananas with it. They were fighting over it! They also liked a fox that said FOXY on it and did a flash thing by opening up it's robe to reveal the foxy sign with music. That person bought it at Kohl's. Dept store. Someone also bought a 3 stooges talking thing and people liked it too.

Last year I found a "Boudoir Lamp" on clearance at Spencers.

The thing was hideous! It was a green leopard print with black feathers--truly tasteless and perfect for the white elephant party.

Those are absolutely hysterical!!!! We usually do normal gifts for our exchange but I am SO tempted to make those instead!!!

I've been shopping clearance sales since after Christmas last year. I need three gifts and I have
1) a singing fish plaque, plus a fish shaped photo frame
2) a plush pig ornament that squeals a christmas tune, plus a Christmas cd
3) will make a movie bucket with "Santa Claus conquers the Martians" dvd
I saw that Target also had this movie in the dollar spot.
My husband is embarrassed by how goofy our presents will be this year

My dh did a funny white elephant gift a few years ago. He went to a thrift store and bought a toilet seat(that still looked nice-lol), and he sorted through their records until the found one with a crazy 60's psycodelic guy on the front. He taped it underneath, so when you open the lid, there's this crazy guy staring at you. It was a riot.

We brought a bottle of "Cheap Red Wine" as a Dirty Santa gift to a party last year and everyone was trying to get it. I believe the company also makes "Cheap White Wine." The label is plain brown paper and it looks rather crudely made. Apparently, the wine is decent.
I also saw these jelly bean dispensers that look like a reindeer or a polar bear, um, making a #2. I thought they were funny, but maybe that is just me.
