Interesting... In trying to take some extra photos for Fay, I've stumbled across a small crab shell in my tank.
It looks like an old, moulted shell (rather than a "lost" crab) , so I think I'll keep it as it's in really good condition
Not on purpose. I have a couple of snails in my marine tank as well, but I aquired those under the same circumstances as the crab, the starfish and the worms - they came in with some "live" rock I bought which has lots of creatures and things living in it when you buy it.
I have no idea what's living in the marine tank beyond the fish and the shrimp - sometimes you just look in the tank and spot something new

The tropical fish are quite tricky to photograph because there's so many of them, but I tried to take pictures of the more interesting one. You can pick out the tetras in the background
I wasn't able to find a snail, worm or starfish from the marine tank to take pictures of; neither was I able to find the real crab (who is now officially named Fay in honour of the reason I found the moult), although there are a few pictures of the moult instead.
Good spot. Yes, I have one gorgeous all red siamese fighting fish (male).
I would get some females but apparantly they can argue a lot and I don't have a very big tank.
