Wow, cool...very smart sounding. I got a BA so I always assume everything is 'something'A - lol. Even though a load of my friends did BscS and whatever the other one is??

Whats your degree in?? Am I right in assuming Film and Television studies??

This is my second time around (MSc as mentioned earlier), so I'm doing it part time while I work.

At a full time rate, it's £6,000 a year, but I'm studying at 1/2 rate, I pay at 1/2 rate.

After my 4 year BSc degree, I walked out with £15,000 student debt because of my student loan, plus some little overdraft bits etc...

My degree is an online course (kind of like open university), so I can continue living home, so at least I don't have those costs to worry about too much)

Ahhh.... I'm with you now....

Robert's whole student debt was about 6k though. I'm well jealous of that!!

It's an MSc, which is the scientific equivalent of and MA.

Mine is an MSc Human Computer Interaction

Ive never made it to that level but have collected quite a few letters in my time - I have a BA, a PGCE, a Post grad diploma which included 70% of a masters but I didnt go back to do the rest, another diploma (done through distance learning) and yet another diploma (done pt whilst working)- all but 2 being from different Unis

Maybe I need to find something else to study - stop me being on here so much. Do they do degrees in DLP awareness?

I wish!! I'd get a first if I put as much into my degree as I do into the DIS!!

Haha, I wish!

I've got enough points now to claim a Post grad certificate I think. So long as I pass the module that I finished today and the one I start in October, then I'll have enough points for the diploma.

All that will stand between the post grad diploma and the MSc will be 600 hours of studying to write up my final project.

I'm due for the results from my current module on the 5th September I think, so quite soon :goodvibes

I picture Kyra at school now...

Teacher "So Kyra what does your mummy do for a living"
Kyra "DIS"

:lmao:
Or she'll say something really impressive and misleading and they'll all think you run DLRP or are an imagineer!! How cool would that be?

When I used to work at the playcentre I asked a kid once what their Daddy did for a living.... The reply I got was 'Drink'! I nearly choked!! Turned out that their Daddy actually managed a soft drink factory!!
