I am typing from right outside WDW.
We arrived late last night, with some trouble. Luckily it worked out. Blaine was given the correct address for the temporary housing -- but the wrong driving directions.
It wouldn't had been so bad had it not been after 12 hours of driving each of the two days, late at night, towing a car, and not knowing where to go next. And on top of that as we were coming into Orlando we picked up a big screw in our front passenger tire!
Luck was with us and the apartment we were to go to was just a short distance away, and the tire made it. We had luck allllll the way around.
I swear the upper portion of GA interstate going north was clogged and stopped yesterday. It started with a severe accident, that obviously had fatalities, and then more accidents down the road. Anyone driving north through GA yesterday probably had to add another day onto their travel.
The apartment is very nice. Small, but newer, with new furniture, incl washer and dryer. (Not shabby for free digs.

)
We are around the corner from Caribe Royale (sp), if anyone knows where that is. (right off 535) Third story, green area out back to walk the dogs. They saw their first armadillo last night. I don't think they were too sure of that creature. Didn't look like a bunny they could chase.

We suspect this gated community is full of CM's, because of the location. And we just saw a bus driver leave for work.
It's a small apartment, but a nice one.

Errands to do -- need groceries and misc. (One being buying a new tire at Sam's!

Blaine just hooked me up with dial up. So far not too bad.
Tomorrow I hope to explore where the post office is and start getting more settled in. It will seem very strange not going to work SOMEWHERE on Monday.
