OT: LOST fans?

I just watched it today! I'm going to re-watch it again tonight.

So, is everyone pretty much on board with the idea that MIB is BAD??? No role reversal is going to happen afterall I guess. And the alt is even more curious now. I definitely caught all the references to "losing someone" in the alt. Which further supports the crazy theory about the mental institution. I REALLY hope that's not it. MIB's obviously trying to kill everyone! So, they all have to be dead for him to get off the island right? So Jacob was right all along...once no candidates are left, smokie can be free. Surely, that won't happen!

I can't wait for the next episode about Jacob & MIB! That's going to answer a lot of ???s I'm sure.

Jack finally had some good lines in this episode. I thought I had lost my respect for Jack a while ago, but now I might be getting it back at the end.

The good news? -- During next weeks episode I will be watching Wishes as I enjoy the dessert party.

The bad news? -- I will miss LOST and have to wait until I come back home to watch it on my DVR.

I think watching LOST will be the first thing I do when we get home.

for several seasons jack got to be very annoying, but this season - not sure when it happened, jack is back...the jack i enjoyed watching in the first season...maybe after the lighthouse....anyway, i really have enjoyed jack these past few episodes..

I'm not happy with this episode. Was that really necessary to kill them off?

Jack is back! That's the only good thing that happened. The last episodes need to step it up a notch. I can't even keep track of where everyone is on the island. Where did Richard go?

MIB is evil. There better be some answers at the end of this ride!

The fact that sayid, jin, sun and lapidus died in this episode was not that mindblowing to me. I think the fact that we can still see these characters alive in the alt timeline made the scenes in last night episode not as explosive/shocking for me.

i was so irritated by jin and sun speaking to each other in english, i was almost happy to see them go...
what was that???? why did they have to speak in english? that was so irritating..

i was more upset by Frank and Sayid, than jin and sun...
though the last view of their hands letting go was very touching...

and seeing hurley cry got to me more than seeing jin and sun....
they did speak one line in korean but then went back to english....

surprisingly, though i still hate kate, jack and kate hugging was nice...

interesting that the same 4 who were captured seasons ago, are the 4 who are left...oh wait, there's also claire....but she was also captured in an earlier season, though not together with the 4....

so where is all this heading?

I had exactly the same thought! Why didn't Sun tell Jin to save himself for the sake of their daughter!

Of course, we didn't really see anyone die. You know how things go on this show. Are they all really dead?

After the announcement of the extra half-hour of the LOST finale, my husband told me that it was going to be the best day of his life. Should I be offended?

I love the show too, but he is CRAZY about it. I think I am going to throw him a little surprise finale party for the two of us. Anyone else doing this? Any ideas?

I am going to try to think of a Hawaiian themed meal, with tropical decor.

how about having things associated with lost - though i can't think of anything offhand..
maybe print some fake wrappers - apollo or dharma....
and put them on the food you serve...like wrap your coke bottle with a fake dharma wrapper)...

i'm gonig to check out lostpedia...i hadn't thought of doing anything, but i think i'll surprise DD, DS and DH (we watch together every week - for 6 years now)...

i wouldn't want any non-losties watching with us either..

We have the same delima. We want to have lost fans over but I want to hear it and we have chatty friends. It's like when my Colts go to the Super Bowl or have a big playoff game. We watch at home with no friends.
Well I am pumped for tonight.... I just can't believe it's almost over. I think I want to get a new tv for the final lol........ I'm just kidding I just want a new tv.

I am not sure. I was dissapointed, worried that the finale is going to be a dissapointment, but not sure if it was just that I missed all the regulars last night.

I didn't like last night's episode, but I may change my opinion after seeing all of the season.

I think they should have had the woman giving birth die while delivering the babies instead of the woman, who took the babies, beating her head with a stone until she dies.

I say that because the woman who took the babies kept saying how bad the people on the Island were and she had to keep those people away from the cave with the light. I am thinking how bad could they be compared to her pounding the pregnant woman with the stone to death?

They explained about Jacob's and the black fog guy's history, which is good. But now you wonder what the cave with the light is about and will anyone go in there. They created more questions!

Yes, they are. The little bits of "the regulars" they showed at the end had them finding all the items (stones in bag, 2 bodies) and Lock saying something like "looks like we have our very own Adam an Eve."

The MIB turned into the Black Smoke Monster when he went into the cave of light (the mother warned Jacob that going in there was worse than death). He can take on another body, though, as he did with Jack's dad, and most recently, Lock. At least this is how I'm underrstanding it all.
