OT - has anyone noticed my ticker?

No, I'm around on the internet until Friday. Like right now I am taking a 10 minute break and rehydrate. The first 3.5 hours went very slowly but 80% of the furniture is in the truck and positioned. DH had a coworker come and load the heaviest pieces. Now that we are just stacking boxes things are going faster, but we have A LOT of boxes. The Cricut has been loaded and stacked.

No problem! While I'm packing maps and things does anyone want a London tube map? I've found where they hide them at Embankment on my way to a course so I can probably drift through and pick some up

My DSis went last year so I can warn you in advance there's no scrap stuff but if you go to Auchan they have a limited range - and a great range of mags ( as long as you speak French, otherwise its a lot for some pretty pics)

Can't believe they don't have scrap stuff - what a wasted opportunity, I bet they would sell loads of it!

Is it worth going to Auchan? I don't really know whats there....and I can't speak French!

Not a lot - a few albums and some page kits (quite pretty!). Mags will be no good, but you don't really need to speak French in Auchan - just hand over your cc We generally go to stock up on wine, cheese, wine, cake, wine, biscuits and wine. Sometimes we buy wine and beer as well. And cheese.
The cookware ranges are excellent, but I never have room for everything

WAAAAAAAAAY to scary! DH conned me onto the one in Ca on our honeymoon - that was nearly shorter than one of Britney's marriages He told me it was like the Peter Pan ride but in space. I said (after) he's a big fat liar Its really fast and dark - as far as I'm concerned BTMR is fairly extreme though. DH and DS(14) love it. It doesn't have loops as far as I know, if that makes a difference. There are places you can see it lit up, to give you an idea of the layout - there might be a link on the main board.

Now because you girls are all so good to me out here in Scrappers Desert please let me know if there's anything you want from DLP - they don't do scrap stuff (TOLD you its a desert over here ) but if you want maps or anything I can easily pick up extra copies. Or if you want anything for a school project and need something French I'll try to sort you out

Just remember my mum will be in the car and being plus size I won't have a huge amount of room for luggage so no lifesize castle models I'm afraid
