Great Wolf Lodge was amazing! My DD (10) and DS (8) cried when we were leaving! The water park is huge and can handle a lot of people. According the the hotel clerk, the hotel was almost full but the line ups for the slides were not that bad. Both children enjoyed all of the slides, especially the roller coaster type ride - Niagara Rapids (blue one).
All of the staff was very friendly. The beds were comfy and our room was clean and quiet. We made good use of the fridge and microwave. We brought a lot of our own food to save money.
We went for 1 night (Sat of the Thanksgiving long weekend) and that was plenty of time. We were quite tired by the end of the last day. Both days we went into Niagara Falls to eat dinner (Antica Pizzeria - delicious and Kelsey's - good burgers). They have really made it a tourist attraction down there.
My DH and I were wondering why Disney does not have indoor waterparks throughout the US and maybe one in Canada?
I would highly recommend Great Wolf Niagara!
