So have you boooked up already for next year wideyes?

I can't get virgins flights to go far enough ahead on their site....

Yeah, I booked a fly drive with Virgin holidays. I haven't booked accommodation yet for October though as have to wait till 11 months.

I have booked Beach Club for May.

Yeah, I certainly wouldn't take a child with me!!!

I dunno, hopefully it'll be the kinda of screaming that ends in laughter!

The Van Helsing ride in Universal Hollywood scared the bejeesus out of me though and I'm expecting massive version of that!

Last year apparently the space between the two parks that you had to walk through was a massive corn field filled with "escaped mental patients"!!!!! I could so not cope!!! Lol.

Omg I could not cope with that!! :scared1:

Haha, i know.....and they keep getting progressively scarier too!!!

But they must know where to draw the line...i hope.......hee.

I would so love that, I would freak out and probably poo myslef but how exciting!

Morning everyone.

Sorry I couldn't get on last night but managed to post from the hospital yesterday!

Had a bit of a crummy day yesterday in all and I'm still annoyed now about everything!

Oh no! Have they already ordered the buggy for you? Can you not get your deposit back? What a nightmare!

Just saw this after i posted - surely thats against consumer law or something? They cant do that can they??

That's crazy - surely they can't do that to you?!

Well basically what's happened is that they owe loads of money and the bank have re-called their overdraft. They have an eviction notice from the LL and will be evicted on Saturday at 5pm.

They say that because they have no money the are unable to refund deposits etc but that becuase they have goods in their warehouse they are able to sell us what we bought if we pay of the balance.

Stupidly I didn't put the deposit on my credit card (mainly as it was a gift from my wife's sister) otherwise I'd have contacted the credit card company.

I've managed to put off paying some bills (mainly stuff like tv licence, council tax, water etc) so that we can pay it off. I'm so anrgy about it though as it's really cut down on what we can spend on Kacee for Christmas and what we can spend on our DLRP trip in December.

At least we have our buggy now though and it is gorgeous

Morning all...

trying to set up my 3 PAYG mobile broadband dongle thing....

could be easier!

Morning everyone!! It's my birthday today and I'm 21 again!! :rotfl: It's so dull & miserable & wet out there today. Bleggh. The kids want to go to the library (Louise is not as school today as it's inset day) but don't fancy going out in the drizzle. Don't want to drive into town either. Anyway....

I ordered a couple of princess dresses from the States. It arrived this morning via UPS. Very quick.. yayyyy BUT I had to pay £12.50 for import duty. I then said a friend of mine always orders from the States but never gets charged and he said you usually have to as it's from outside the EU. Anyway, I had to pay it, or else I wouldn't be able to have the package. So, not very happy about that. Can't open the box yet either to have a look as the kids are around.

Morning all!

Firstly,

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ALICE!!!!

Right!

Cap'n, love your names! Finley is a cute name! I couldn't opt for Harley, purely because I know a puppy of the same name, but its still a cute name! Which buggy in that link is yours btw?

I was rudely booted out of bed this morning because I had to take my Mam to the train station (She and my brother have gone away for the weekend)... I've just been in the bath, and once my hair eventually dries I shall go let the bunnies out!

Whats everyone else up to today?

Happy Birthday Alice:cheer2: unfortunately if the goods come by courier you will be hit with import duty, if it arrives by normal post it is hit & miss as it depends if they pick the parcel to check when it arrives. I have had some where I haven't had to pay & others I have

Morning Bob :wave2:

The buggy in that link is the iCandy Pear. Basically cost us so much as its a double buggy that then becomes a single and then back again too. So we can use it as a single with Kacee now, then when new baby comes it's a double and then a single again when Kacee doesn't need a buggy!

I love all the names but think we are heading towards Elias at the moment. Ellie doesn't like Finlay or Mason so they are out unfortunatly
