Morning Bob

The buggy in that link is the iCandy Pear. Basically cost us so much as its a double buggy that then becomes a single and then back again too. So we can use it as a single with Kacee now, then when new baby comes it's a double and then a single again when Kacee doesn't need a buggy!

I love all the names but think we are heading towards Elias at the moment. Ellie doesn't like Finlay or Mason so they are out unfortunatly

It's a really cute buggy!!! Plus, easier to steer than those double buggies that can never fit through a door.....

Aww, shame.... I'm sure he'll get a fantastic name whatever happens!

Hope everyone is well today - am sitting here trying to convince DH to take us away for the weekend to dublin as it's a bank holiday on monday and Hamleys has opened in dublin!

My friend's daughter passport came today so i can now relax and stop worrying and start planning my trip

I've got a moral dilemma.

In my job I deal with landloards and tennants all the time. There is a LL who has just called me to say that he is evicting his tennant and that they will be gone within the next month.

Now we are looking at moving places to another rented property that is larger for when new baby comes. This new place is 3 bed (the same as ours) but in a nicer area, a larger house and has a garage, driveway and a lovely garden which is £75 per month more (which we can afford)

My dilema is this - Should I use my work position to calll the LL and offer to take over the property when the tennant is evicted, and risk him saying no and possibly reporting me or do I just forget it and potentially loose out on renting a lovely place???

I know if i have a boy in the future it will be either be called Ellis or Blake.
