OT: Flights from Toronto to Rome

My MIL is looking at going to Rome this summer and I am wondering if anyone knows of any coupon codes for flights from Toronto to Rome? She would like to depart around July 5 and return around Aug 23. Any help would be appreciated.

Never seen them....Best I can suggest is to keep an eye out for sales and promos that might pop up. Sometimes British Airways have some good prices though she would have to connect through Heathrow..

I was at the TA last week. We booked our flights for Ireland this summer and we were chatting about how high priced all the int'l flights are this year. She acutally mentioned Italy as being the highest priced and couldn't see them coming down. We saved some $ by cashing in some airmiles for gift certificates with marlin travel and booking on air transat.
We have been watching the flight costs since December and they don't seem to be moving too much.
I have 1 more ticket to buy for my dh - he's going for a shorter time - I thought I would watch until the end of April and see if they go down at all - I don't think I'll wait too much longer.

Thanks for the replies - I didn't think I would have any luck but thought to try. The cheapest I found was with Zoom Airlines at $1089 Cdn.

That's pretty good? Always surprises me you can fly half across the World for $1,000 --give or take-- and it can cost $5-700 to get to Florida!

I have heard lots of things about Zoom (being good) and also Air Transat is now flying to Rome. They have packages including both hotel and air and are very reasonable!!!!!!!!!!!!! Check out their website or visit your TA. You should be able to book this air on its own, but keep in mind that Air Transat won't be as flexible with dates and times, they may only go once or twice a week.

Zoom is usually about the cheapest to Europe. But like the above poster mentioned Airtransat and the other charters do many European routes in the summer.

That's a phenomenal rate... taxes included I assume...

Their 1 week hotel packages are really good too, including air.

I went in to the TA site...I wish I could tell you why it's not on the regular site, but I just looked and it isn't? Odd...They should be promoting that one!

This was with taxes included, I notice tonight, the fares are a little higher.
I did look at June-July and they are higher, but not outrageously so?

Often these sites play games up and down through the day, AC being no different.
