I found this wonderful website www.freerice.com
This is website where you answer vocab questions. Every one you answer right, you help give rice to a person in a 3rd world country.

Not only is it really fun, but its for a great cause. I think I am an addict!

Okay i switched the subject and now im hooked on the multiplication tables. This could be good for school aged children... and helping a good cause.

Yep, my kids and I have been doing the French one, capitals, grammar, art. I'm so glad they added new subjects, the vocab was getting old!

My kids have been using this all summer to help with their vocabulary. They get a real kick out it since it helps someone too!

He actually wrote down the website so he could share it with his friends tomorrow DD 7 also enjoyed it, and what a great way for her to learn her multiplication tables!

You mean Freerice.com has other things besides vocab? My 8th grade son introduced us to this but I had no idea there were other options besides vocab. going to go look...

what do you know! My younger son needs to get more familiar with his x tables guess what he wil be doing????? Thansk folks in all the times I have played or DS (Mostly) have played I never noticed there were alternative subject I was concentrating on the vocab lol
