Did anyone notice you cant pull up your rewards balance anymore?????? I called and they couldnt tell me why it wasnt there and even if it would come back.....Is it just me? I can see everything else on my acct

I don't know what to tell you, perhaps that part of the system was down at the time? I can see mine clearly. Try it again and see if it works.

I just checked and can see mine fine. If your statment just closed that could be one reason why you may not be able to see them. Also, they do maintenance on thier system from 11pm-6am usually and you may experience downtime then as well.
