OT - Crockpot Recipes

With all this talk about budget friendly meals and crockpots I have decided to pullout my crockpot and dust it off! All I need now is some really tasty recipes. I think I've used it like twice in the last 20 years! I just hadn't had any real luck with it. Any sites that you could recommend? Please post your favorite recipes! Thanks!

My favorite is Turkey breast.

Take the turkey breast and lift the skin from the meat by sliding a big serving spoon under the skin. Then I used to mix cream cheese with different herbs and vegetables until the new tubs came out. Pick any one that you like, herb and chive cream cheese is really good. Stuff the cream cheese into the pockets you just made. Place in the crock pot and cook on low 9-10 hours. So Yummy!
