Going anywhere exciting?
I love Central London. We live in Highbury so it's easy to get there, visit the Disney Store and get all we need. I went there yesterday, arrived at 9.20am and it was lovely, empty. I finished it all in an hour. The afternoons are bad though. We're going to see Father Christmas in Selfridges next sat at 3pm. Jeremy will kill me![]()
Am I the only person on here without a ticker now? Oh well, hopefully I'll add a WDW one soon. And I guess 3 x DLRP and 1 week at DL is a good year for me!
I'm going to the theatre on Saturday 6th to see Avenue Q. Once I've seen that, I'm staying the night at my Aunt's who lives out in Berrylands (near Surbiton), before visiting the cemetery in the morning of the 7th as the 9th would have been my great grandmother's 99th birthday. I'm then meeting a friend in the afternoon before returning home at some point that evening. I may also try and sneak in a visit to Hamley's if I'm brave enough because I love that shop![]()
I don't get to London very often because it's almost 2 hours from down here, so I try to squeeze as much in as possible when I do visit. I used to visit a little more often when I was at uni in Reading, but that was almost 2 years ago now (I left Reading in February '07).
Just seen your ticker... Is it your birthday?
Oh dear.... Robert's looking up bands for the wedding.... I think he's getting ideas over his head!!
Although he has found someone who is in charge of The Human League... If only I had the money! I would love them to do the entertainment!
Well, I can dream, can't I?

Yes - it's my birthday on the 7th (sunday), so I've tried to plan several things into that one weekend.
I'm stretching my Birthday out a bit though - I've got a trip to Germany the weekend before (28th - 30th), a concert on the 2nd, then my London trip on the 6th / 7th. Finally, I've got to go to a Meeting on the 8th in Nottingham for work, which means I'm not in the office that day![]()
I love Hamley's but it's always busy and very difficult to get Anya out of there... Mia's fine, she likes looking around but Anya... different story.
Enjoy your trip.
you never know... maybe you'll win the lottery![]()
We had a live band at our wedding Bob, although DH and I were music degree students so we formed our own. The bridesmaids were the backing singers, the best man on drums, the uschers on lead vocals, guitar and keys, the groom on bass and the bride on lead/backing vocal and brass section!! Oh and I saw Robbie Williams on my wedding night as he was staying in our hotel before the Leeds festival, but sadly he didn't sing for us!
Kyra just said she wants a Baby....i'm getting worried by this comment.
Oh dear!! Maybe she means she wants you to have another!!
