OT - Chat Chat Away

hi guys!

phoned doctors and they want to see him so thats good, at least I'll know whats what, he got up before 9 so had a good sleep. He was sitting on the stairs though crying for his dad, he didn't want me He eventually wanted me though once he realised daddy wasn't here!
His temp right now is down BUT its because hes had his meds....

is it legal to give kids meds all the time?

oh the poor little guy. i hope they can give him something. ash was really sick with the flu at christmas and after i brought her to the doctor she had a miraculous recovery. and that was before she got her antibiotic

if they give him antibiotics is he allowed to fly?

edited to say, he just walked to the toilet himself and wants to eat sweeties and he's giving me cheek!! his eyes aren't as glazed as they were either......I'm not hoping though!lol

hes not contagious or anything is he. is it just a temp?? and your not going till sunday is it?? at least he will have a couple of days to feel better.

its always at the worst times isnt it. ash is starting to get a bit of a cough and im so scared she will get sick

I don't know if he is contagious??? Its like a mega cold, streamy nose, eyes are getting better though.....its that lousy look if you know what I mean????

oh no are you not due to fly too? or am I thinking of scottish mum?? Oh man my head is fuddled!!

Josh coughs and it sounds like he's going to be sick!...but I think it might be with the gunk in him right now

You can fly with a cold. You may find his ears may get sore if he is a bit bunged up but if you keep going with the meds it should be ok. I am sure you will feel more positive once you have been to the doctors.

thanks!! got another hour to wait til the docs....its a 10-15 mins walk away....would the walk well buggy be good for him???or will I get a taxi? Don't want to make him worse but the fresh air might do him good???

i know that look. its that really pathetic look that makes you just want to hug them all the time despite ending up covered in snot

i am flying next sunday. i just hate when it starts out as a little cough and you are just waiting for them to get really sick. ash is rarely sick so when she is she is just pure miserable and just sits there

i always walk to the drs with ash, hasnt done her any harm

fresh air might do him some good but wont make him any worse as long as he is covered up.

The weather at the end of Jan last year was rain everyday, fingers crossed its dry for you guys.

Went to get Kyra from preschool and got told she has been complaining of a tummy ache. So looks like she isnt fully better she has a party to go to tomorrow with her uncle so fingers crossed shes well enough to go so i can get some more wallpaper off my walls.
